 Ballroom Poem

I sit on the sidelines, my heart filled with despair

While melody, danceable fills the air

As I sit and wait just to have a chance

In my mind, body and soul, I express the rhythm of the music

through out each different dance

As I swing and sway

I dance the night away

Poem written by Sammy Gray
