                                              On her way to heaven

Sitting in her comfy chair,

Her thoughts are miles away.

So many years have gone by,

All different from this day.

Playing in the garden,

With her daddy, big and strong

Life was so carefree then,

Where have those years gone?

Walking down the aisle,

To her one and only love.

After fifty years of marriage,

He’s now gone above.

She sees her little children,

Run and Jump and play.

Bad health took her little girl,

Her son lives far away.

She sees her guardian angel,

She knows where he’s come from.

She’ll see her man and little girl,

One smile, then she’s gone.
