This is an Independent Voluntary Association open to Graduates of the Expert Patients Programme.

The Support Group is to Encourage and continue developing the skills learnt on the

six - week Expert  Patient Programme (e.g, Problem Solving, Action Plans & Self - Management)

Areas of benefit

• be self-supporting
• organise speakers to increase knowledge
• ability to set up sub-groups e.g, Pain Management
• help others
• solve problems for each other
• exchange information
• increase publicity
• meet up and have fun
• arrange more social events so that we can enjoy life together
