                                                                                  Don’t let them win

I look into the mirror,

And what do I see?

A fat and ugly little girl,

Looking back at me.

A young and pretty little girl,

Told me this one-day.

I have to say it broke my heart,

To see her hurt this way.

I said to her you know my love,

Think about your health.

If you want to see real beauty,

Just look inside yourself.

Think about your future,

You’re just thirteen.

You’re going to be a lovely girl,

The best I’ve ever seen.

Stop these thoughts that harm you,

You know it’s not the way.

The people who are bulling you,

They’ll get theirs one day.

Think about those bullies dear,

And I’ll tell you what is true.

They like to act all big and tough,

But they’re as scared as you.
