H-Pan Manchester
Close by Manchester’s Piccadilly Station, at 117 Fairfield Street,
you will find H-PAN.
H-PAN is a charitable organisation established to support and assist the
disadvantaged communities to experience fuller integration in their
community, improving their conditions of life and developing their
physical, emotional and spiritual capacities.
They strive to serve hard-to-reach children, young people and
communities where basic support and provision is needed, thereby
servicing the needs of the vulnerable and marginalised people. Faith,
Hope and Love are the drive of their commitment.
Their youth initiatives provide a variety of fun and challenging
opportunities allowing youth to explore and better understand their own
community, while at the same time discovering their talents and engaging
with educational and economical activities. Through this process young
people discover friendship in a multicultural environment, develop
tolerance and understanding of others, gain valuable skills, experience,
confidence and self-esteem.
Young people are central to H-PAN's project delivery model either
through peer education, coaching and mentoring or by acting as community
leaders delivering various activities in the community.
Young people are also given the opportunity to achieve accredited
outcomes through the Youth Achievement Award accredited by UK Youth and
ASDAN.
Services include:
Alternative Education, Skills Development, Employment Support,
