Wars
Children in a war torn zone,
Know what it’s like to be alone.
I’d like to tell them that they’re free,
But reality shows this cannot be.
I want to take these little ones,
And hold them in my hands.
To save them from the dreadful things,
That happens in their lands.
I wish there wasn’t any wars,
I wish for worldwide peace.
Why can’t man just get along?
Then all the wars will cease.
