Scared Little Rabbit
Scared little rabbit,
Eyes so big and wide.
Looking up and down the field,
For a place to hide.
Scared little rabbit
Don’t be afraid of me.
I really won’t hurt you,
Look at me, you’ll see.
Scared little rabbit,
I will let you be.
I will stay to protect you,
And then you will be free.
Polly
Polly was a pussycat,
A fluffy little kitty.
Her fur was as white as snow,
And so soft and very pretty.
She played with a ball of wool,
It rolled around the floor.
She made a mess in the kitchen,
And right out through the door.
Polly was a pussy cat,
She liked to purr all day.
She found a spot in the sun,
And that’s where she will stay.
Teenage Years
At last I’d found a boy friend,
He went off with my mate.
I thought my life might end,
I was in such a state.
Along came another,
I fell for this geek.
That didn’t last long,
I’d chucked him in a week.
My mate came round to see me,
She’d dropped him in the end.
I said to hell with boys,
And you are still my best friend
Teenage Love
A teenage girl is talking,
To a picture on her wall.
She said you know I love you,
But you don’t speak to me at all.
She said you are my true love,
And I’ll love you ’til I die.
You’ll always be my beloved,
She said this with a sigh.
Are you looking down on me?
I know you really are.
I have a ticket to your gig,
You’re my favourite big rock star.
Timmy Had a Tantrum
Timmy had a tantrum,
His mummy sent him to bed.
He said I’m very sorry,
So this is what she said.
When my boy is naughty,
I have to show him that it’s wrong.
Not let you get away with it,
Then you’ll grow up good and strong.
