Children's Poems by Roni Moore
Pig's Tales
A lady pig came to town,
In a purple wedding gown.
Her fiancée wore a bright green coat,
And rode upon a large white goat.
They got married on the green,
He said she looked just like a queen.
She smiled and shook her long blonde hair,
Together they made a lovely pair.
They said goodbye to their wedding guests,
And rode the goat into the west.
This is a tale of love and fame,
But the pigs were never seen again.
